Race Night Packages

Greyhound racing is conducted on each Saturday and each Monday night of the year.

Function rooms are available on level one of the grandstand catering for up to 240 guests. (Minimum 20 guests)

FUNCTION ROOMS

Each room has a terrace area, both providing panoramic views of the racetrack.

TOTE

A tote operator is provided for the exclusive use of your group. All our operators are only too pleased to assist patrons unfamiliar with wagering, on how to bet. The tote operates on interstate greyhound racing and trotting as well as local events.

DINNER

Click to view menu selection attached (92kb PDF). Guests may select from a choice of Hot or Cold Entrée’s served to the table.

Main Course is served from the Buffet in the form of a Hot Roast carved on to your plate; there are six to choose from.

The Buffet also offers other hot Dishes, which you may select from the attached list of 11 dishes.

Desserts are served from the Buffet and are prepared in our kitchens or selected from quality local Patisseries.

RACEBOOKS

All guests receive a racebook with full local and interstate form as well as professional tips.

COST

The cost per person for the attached Menu would be $55.00; GST included in the cost. Beverages would be additional.

A deposit payment of $20.00 per person is required to confirm the booking. Upon receipt of this cheque entry tickets for your group will be sent out. The balance is payable on the night of the function.

PARKING

A council car park is immediately adjacent to the track.

SMOKING

Wentworth Park is a smoke free zone; smoking is permitted on the Terrace.

ALCOHOL

Wentworth Park strictly observes the principles of “Responsible Service of Alcohol”.

Rooms are booked up well in advance for Saturday night racing and it is advisable to book early.
